Initial Consultation
The process begins with a one-hour, in-person initial consultation. This visit allows me to see
your space firsthand, understand your needs and priorities, and discuss your budget. I’ll
share initial feedback and ideas, and gather everything needed to prepare a tailored
proposal for your project.
Initial consultations start at $200.
Design Plans Only Packages
For clients who want a clear vision and professional plans in hand, my plans-only design packages provide a comprehensive roadmap to execute your renovation with confidence.
Each package includes a full construction set, developed with precision and attention to detail, ensuring your contractor has the information required to carry out the project accurately and efficiently. From spatial planning to technical drawings and design direction, every element is thoughtfully considered to create a cohesive and functional result.
This is a design-focused service. While I lead the design process from concept through to finalized plans, the execution phase, including contractor coordination, trade management, procurement, and installation, is managed by the client and their general contractor.
Once the final design package has been delivered, any additional support, including revisions, sourcing, site visits, or contractor collaboration, is available on an hourly basis.
Scope Clarification
These packages are strictly design-focused and do not include project management,
procurement, trade coordination, or site supervision.
This service is ideal for clients who prefer to manage the execution of their project while
benefiting from a professionally developed design and a detailed, construction-ready plan.

A comprehensive technical package designed to guide your renovation from a construction standpoint.
Includes a full construction set with detailed floor plans, construction drawings, electrical
layouts, and key elevations, providing your contractor with clear, build-ready documentation.

Full Construction Set + Design Direction

A fully developed design package with enhanced visual clarity.
Includes everything in Package 2, in addition to 3D renderings that help both you and your contractor visualize the final outcome and better understand the spatial relationships prior to construction.

Turnkey Renovation Services
For clients who prefer a seamless, fully managed experience, my turnkey renovation service offers complete oversight from initial design through to final installation and styling.
This is a comprehensive, hands-off approach where every detail is thoughtfully handled for you, allowing you to focus on your day-to-day while your project is executed with clarity, care, and precision.
From the outset, I develop a fully detailed design, including a complete construction set, material selections, and a cohesive vision for your space. From there, I take the lead on bringing that vision to life.
This includes sourcing and ordering all materials, coordinating with your general contractor and trades, conducting site visits, and managing the countless details that arise throughout a renovation. I oversee the process closely to ensure the design is executed as intended and that any challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently.
As the project nears completion, I also handle the final styling and installation touches, ensuring your space feels polished, cohesive, and truly complete. This service is ideal for clients who value a streamlined experience and want the confidence of having a professional manage the process from start to finish.

I take care of the full process, ensuring your space comes together exactly as intended, without you having to manage the moving parts.

The Experience
Furnishing a space involves dozens of decisions and moving pieces. With turnkey service, you’re not managing orders, tracking deliveries, or coordinating installs, I am.
You’re involved in the key decisions, but the execution is handled entirely for you.
Design Consulting Blocks
For clients who want professional guidance throughout their project, consulting blocks offer flexible, expert support without full design services.
This is a consulting-only service focused on reviewing selections, answering questions, and helping you make confident decisions, ensuring everything comes together cohesively and avoiding costly mistakes along the way.
Consulting time can be used for in-person shopping, material and finish reviews, paint guidance, site visits, or real-time input when working with your contractor. I can also bring curated options to you when needed.
This service does not include design development, layouts, or technical drawings. All selections and project management remain the responsibility of the client.
Please note that all time is tracked within your block, including site visits, travel time, and consultations.
