Hourly Block

All design fees are non-refundable.
Because of our limited time and involvement, clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all furniture and material selections work within the space.
Client is wholly responsible for all items purchased by the Client. Beacon Home Design cannot guarantee any fabric, material, or products against wearing, fading, soiling, or any other latent defect. I do our best to refer to quality tradespeople, but ultimately cannot be responsible for the workmanship of others.
All texts, emails, calls or DM's will be tracked, hours invested will be deducted from the hourly block purchased
Hourly Package (to be purchased in 10 hour blocks )
80$/h
My hourly design rate covers such things as sourcing items online, personal shopping, return home visits after the initial consultation, material selections including textiles, hard surfaces (think kitchen materials such as hardware, backsplash, lighting and countertops, paint plan and trade coordination, appliance shopping, window treatment selections and coordination, "one of" items such as a new area rug or new pillow combinations ect
This is perfect for the client that does not require a complete overhaul but rather a little help from a designer to make their selections and complete a space.
Initial Consultation
TERMS & CONDITIONS
If consultation exceeds 60 minutes, additional time will be charged at $100 per hour, in 15 minute increments.
Because of my limited time and involvement, clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all furniture and material selections work within the space.
Client is wholly responsible for all items purchased by the Client.

60 Minute in Home or Virtual Consult
$150.00-$200.00 (location dependant)
If you're thinking about hiring a decorator, or curious about what I can offer you, a consult is a great way to test the waters! If you are located in the Montreal area, I will come to your home and provide you with as many valuable ideas, tips and expert advice that I can cram into 60 minutes.
We will discuss things like the scope of your project, your budget and timeline (and how realistic those look) and share the recommended vendors and tradespeople I feel would best suit your project. I can offer preliminary ideas, give you direction on space planning, pull paint swatches, discuss finishes or fixtures, take the measurements needed for a design package, pull up items to suggest on the spot and so much more!
I highly suggest taking notes!
Afterward, if you feel you would benefit from a design package, I will send you a personalized quotation within a few days post consultation for the design package we discussed in our initial consultation and the steps needed to get started!
*For E-Design, the only package offered would be the essentials package post consult. Client would be responsible to draw their space including measurements
Designer for a Day Consultation

This package does not include any follow up (texts, emails, calls or DM's) time investment
$450.00 (4 Hours)
If you don't need a full design plan but instead have a lot of spaces that need a little help, my Design for a Day consultation is a great fit. This boutique package is perfect for those who are in a time-crunch or just need a little direction. Need help making all of your tile and or stone selections? Or maybe you need help coming up with a paint plan for your entire home. Are your preliminary kitchen plans complete and now you need help choosing colors, lighting, hardware and materials? Furniture or Accessories shopping...I got you! I can come to any meetings you have scheduled where you need design direction or advice.
This 4 hour block is yours to use however you see fit. Let me be your sounding board for all things design and decor related!
Essentials Design Package
Starting at $1,000.00 per space
This is perfect for the hands on type who just need a little extra help with the overall vision for their space. Clients will be provided with a product list along with links to complete purchases.
What's Included?
With my Essentials Package I include everything needed to furnish your room to create a space that you'll love for many years to come. Every Essentials Design Package will include:
– A collaborative initial consultation to pinpoint your design style and preferences as well as gather a realistic budget for your mandate (paid separately to the design package)
– 2 curated moodboards and furniture layout options
– A colour palette for your space
– Pattern, texture and finish details including paint and wallpaper selections (if needed)
–Carefully selected items for your space including all key furniture and textile items
–Google Ordering Sheet with all of the coordinating links to place orders
-Contacts for suggested tradespeople needed to complete the mandate
-1 revision, on one item per board maximum
*Clients will be responsible to order, track and install/style their space
Turn Key Design Package
Starting at $2,500.00 per space
The Turn Key Design Package is perfect if you are looking to fully design and style your room to a professional standard, with added visualisations and floor plans to help you picture the final transformation. Krissy will be in touch throughout the design process to ensure you are happy with all of the little details. All you need to do is make your selections during your in-home design presentation and Krissy will take care of the rest! Including your very own HGTV room reveal moment at the end of your install day!
What's Included??
With my Turn Key Design Package I include everything needed to decorate, furnish and style your room to create a space that you'll love for many years to come. Every Turn Key Design Package will include:
– A collaborative initial consultation to pinpoint your design style and preferences as well as gather a realistic budget for your mandate (paid separately to the design package)
– Curated moodboards and furniture layout options
– A colour palette for your space
– Pattern, texture and finish details including paint and wallpaper selections (if needed)
–Carefully selected items for your space including all key furniture items, lighting, soft furnishings and accessories (where needed)
– A furniture layout plan drawn to scale with your new items once final selections have been made
-Google Sheet to track orders (all orders will be completed and tracked by Beacon Home Design)
-Contractor Coordination (when needed)
-Room Installation and styling once all furnishings have arrived
-All appointments associated with the project will be managed by Beacon Home Design
-Unlimited revisions
This is truly an all inclusive design service. For the clients who would like the convenience of a hassle free experience transforming their space. Once the design and budget has been approved, I take care of the rest!
